How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payments run securely through Stripe. Choose $29/month or save with $199/year. You can cancel anytime, for free, from your account — no calls, no retention hoops. When you cancel you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but there's no lock-in either: cancellation is always free and takes effect at the end of your current month, so you're never charged again for a month you didn't want.
How does usage work — will I ever be charged extra automatically?
No — you're never charged automatically for usage. Your plan includes 60 credits every month (a recommendation is 1 credit; a Nutrition or Fitness plan is 2; re-asking about a result you already have is free). Most people use only a handful, and your credits refill each billing period. If you ever run out early, new requests simply pause until your credits reset — nothing is charged. If you want more before then, you can choose a one-time top-up ($9.99 for 40, $19.99 for 100, or $100 for 1000 credits) that you confirm yourself and that never auto-renews. Top-up credits carry over until you use them.
